Skilbi focuses on upskilling overlooked students as they navigate their career journey, students who aren't failing but are just not connected. The platform needed a design that felt welcoming to that audience, not intimidating, while also serving the mentors and enterprises on the other side of the equation.

  • Help enterprises discover and evaluate early talent using more than just a resume

  • Use AI to surface student attributes like motivation and willingness to learn that traditional hiring processes miss
