Most students have a hard time finding relevant professional networks as they transition from college into the real world. The advice they need is locked behind connections they don't have yet, and the experience employers want is impossible to get without someone giving them a first chance.
Skilbi focuses on upskilling overlooked students as they navigate their career journey, students who aren't failing but are just not connected. The platform needed a design that felt welcoming to that audience, not intimidating, while also serving the mentors and enterprises on the other side of the equation.
