TellerOne initially launched with a loan feature that needed a redesign to enhance the user experience. However, after acquiring a license to expand our offerings, we reimagined the entire system. The redesign focused on improving the interface to better resonate with our target audience. With the addition of multiple features, we ensured the design could accommodate them seamlessly while maintaining a user-friendly and intuitive experience.

Frequent actions such as switching currencies or initiating transfers, were brought closer to the surface, cutting down on taps and unnecessary steps.
Onboarding was simplified without sacrificing thoroughness, and customer support was made easy to reach, not buried in a settings menu.
