Users can hold money in any currency of choice, save money, send and receive money in multiple currencies. WIth traditional banks, getting access to services such as multi-currency accounts and loans can be very difficult. TellerOne is simply making cross-border financial services accessible for individuals and businesses.

TellerOne initially launched with a loan feature that needed a redesign to enhance the user experience. However, after acquiring a license to expand our offerings, we reimagined the entire system. The redesign focused on improving the interface to better resonate with our target audience. With the addition of multiple features, we ensured the design could accommodate them seamlessly while maintaining a user-friendly and intuitive experience.

The solutions centered around reducing friction at every touchpoint. Users can link their existing bank accounts directly to TellerOne, so getting started doesn't mean starting from zero. Frequent actions such as switching currencies or initiating transfers, were brought closer to the surface, cutting down on taps and unnecessary steps.
Onboarding was simplified without sacrificing thoroughness, and customer support was made easy to reach, not buried in a settings menu.
