With developers on standby to implement updates, I focused on creating designs that accounted for upcoming features, minimizing back-and-forth between design and development for a smoother workflow.

The objective was to redesign the existing web application to make it more appealing to the target audience. This included creating a design system to be used across all user personas. Additional goals were to develop tutorial modules for skill acquisition, implement mock AI interviews, and introduce other features to enhance the user experience.

I worked on several complex features that were relatively new, requiring creativity and problem-solving. I successfully delivered user-friendly interfaces for three key personas: Students, Mentors, and Enterprises, ensuring each experience was intuitive and impactful.
