Auditbar is a platform that enables vendors to create online stores and list their products. However, the existing app lacked key features and a seamless user experience, putting it at a disadvantage against competitors. My task was to enhance the current features and develop a platform that positions Auditbar ahead of the competition. The objective was to redesign the current mobile app, incorporating new features and greater flexibility. However, given the short project timeline, we opted for a web interface for faster implementation. The key deliverables included a vendor/business owner interface, a customer-facing storefront, and an admin interface for Auditbar to manage users and their activities effectively.

As the lead designer, I was tasked with creating a design system and a design langiuage for the web app interface for 2 user personas (Vendors and customers). On a few occasions, I had to brainstorm design solutions for implementation of some new features that will make the user experience a lot better. I worked directly with the product manager in discussing how and why some features should be implemented
