Touchpoint 360 was a challenging project, as it was the most complex and robust system I had worked on. The task involved transforming information from Excel files and documents into a functional and user-friendly interface. The biggest challenge was digitizing various processes and procedures while preserving their original structure. Through meticulous user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes, I successfully delivered the first module of the ERP system.

The objective was clear: digitize the various processes and workflows currently managed on paper. For the first module, the goal was to automate HR processes, from employee onboarding to exit. The system was designed to enable sub-modules to interact seamlessly, providing a comprehensive view of each employee’s performance throughout their tenure.
